Hassle Free Returns

We offer a 14-day period to return the majority of our products without providing reason for the return. One condition is that the item purchased will be returned unused and in its original packaging when purchased. We will only refund the cost of the product and not the shipping in these cases, and the cost of returning the product is at the expense of the customer.

If the product has been damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email on sales@sortisdirect.com to find out what the issue is and how you can return to product. In case of manufacturing defects, we can either issue a full refund or we can send out a replacement. Our engineers need to examine the part in order to ensure that the issue was a manufacturing defect.
